I struggle to do 2 litres sometimes. I mean, I enjoy enemas for obvious reasons but the process takes time to be fully clean. If I could hold more water I'd probably get finished sooner!

Some people can hold more than others. I find that the average is around 2.5 litres, but I know models who don't seem to notice anything less than about four litres.
